Can the battery be removed or replaced?

The battery is replaceable, but it must be replaced in a dry environment. Replacing it in a wet environment may damage the device.

How long does the battery last at the highest speed?

The 126 Wh battery provides approximately 36 minutes of runtime at maximum speed and up to 56 minutes at the lowest speed.

What are the speed and thrust?

Thrust is approximately 8.5 kgf. Power Mode speed is approximately 1.8 m/s. Standard Mode speed is approximately 1.0 m/s.

Is it suitable for beginners?

Yes. It is designed for both new users and experienced users. The linear stepless speed control makes it easy to start for beginners.

How long does charging take? Is a charger included?

The B2 includes a USB-C bidirectional charging cable and USB-A adapter (no power adapter included). Compatible with 100W PD 3.0 chargers, achieving a full charge in approximately 1.5 hours.

Can it be taken on an airplane?

The battery (126 Wh) complies with airline carry-on regulations and may be brought on board with airline approval — up to 2 batteries per person. Regulations vary by airline; contact your airline before travel.

How should I maintain the device after each use?

Soak the fully assembled unit in fresh water for about 30 minutes. While submerged, run the scooter at low speed for 1 minute, repeating 2–3 times. Wipe dry, remove the battery with dry hands, and allow to air-dry completely in a cool, ventilated place.

Is the action camera mount included?

The action camera mount is not included as standard, but the B2 has a built-in camera mounting interface. GoPro is officially recommended, and other cameras compatible with the GoPro mounting system can also be used.
