PCBA Manufacturing — PCB Assembly Managed End-to-End
Solluna provides PCBA manufacturing through qualified partner factories, covering SMT and through-hole assembly, component sourcing, engineering review, quality control, and delivery.

PCBA, Explained Simply
PCBA stands for Printed Circuit Board Assembly. It is the process of mounting and soldering electronic components onto a bare PCB, turning the board into a functional circuit assembly. A bare PCB has no components — a PCBA does.
PCBA typically involves SMT (surface-mount) assembly, through-hole assembly, and testing. Component sourcing, engineering review, and quality control are part of the process, not separate from it.
Solluna's PCBA Services
PCBA is built through our qualified partner factories — Solluna manages the process on your side.
SMT & Through-Hole Assembly
Surface-mount and through-hole assembly through our qualified partner factories — covering both fine-pitch SMT and mixed-technology boards.
Component Sourcing for PCBA
Electronic components sourced through our network in China, Vietnam and Southeast Asia, and consolidated into the PCBA production run.
Engineering Review & DFM
Gerber, BOM, and assembly files reviewed before production — so manufacturability issues are caught before the run starts, not after.
Quality Control & Delivery
Quality checks through the production run, with delivery coordinated from our Singapore and Australia offices.
PCBA Connected to Design and Procurement
Your PCBA run doesn't start from scratch — it picks up from the design file and the sourcing plan behind it.
Qualified Partner Factories
PCBA runs through established partner factories in China, Vietnam and Southeast Asia — with Solluna managing the relationship and quality, not leaving it to you.
Engineering & Quality Oversight
DFM review before the run, and quality control through it — so issues are caught before they reach you, not after delivery.
One Team from Design to Delivery
Design, production, and procurement sit under one Solluna team — your PCBA run picks up directly from the design file and component plan without re-briefing.
